A short post...very unsignature of me to do that...but I am doing it.
It's been a long while since I ran this hard and this much. I used to clock at least 3 runs a week, distance averaging 4 km each, when I was still serving my NS. As I joined the workforce, that seems to be like a luxury.
However, I am back at it again.... Trying to clock at least 4 a week. No matter the distance, no matter the time, no matter how tired I am!
I am going to do it...Couple with a few days at the gym... I am gonna do it.. Root for me guys!
