I went swimming today. I used to do that alot , but due to work constraints, I stopped. So after a few years, I am back at it again.
The water was fine, despite the fact it is a cloudy day today. It was surprisingly warm. I did 10 laps. It was not as bad as running.
I am gonna make this a weekly activity. It will be a good alternative, as my ankle problem is getting worse.
